Are you struggling to find professional development and support that fits you and your team? Years before I received my PhD in Educational Leadership, I taught in a rural school in a combined second and third grade classroom. I then served as a teacher and an assistant principal in a middle school, was a K-3 building principal, and served as a director of curriculum, instruction, and assessments in the district office. During that time I saw what was truly needed in the classroom - empowered teachers! Now that I’ve moved on to consulting I am dedicated to helping leaders and teachers further develop their leadership and teaching skills through professional development and instructional coaching. Things like executive functioning skills - prioritizing, organization, planning, and re-centering - wellness- needed to thrive both inside and outside of the classroom.
